When it comes to citizen's broadcasting Blog Talk Radio ranks number 1 in all categories. There is no way to compare Blog Talk Radio to any other internet broadcasting platform. The quality of the website is among the best I have seen. The professional persona of the owner Alan Levy flows downward throughout the staff of BTR.
Business owners host their shows in their specialized career field which enhances, and increases their business. If you're not a business owner there are other host who enjoy hosting shows focused around their passion.
The best feature I really loved about blog talk radio is the training. The personalized training to teach you what you need to know to host your own show. Being from the ancient days of actually having to be in a studio to broadcast a show I was floored over the idea of operating without physically going anywhere.
One other aspect is the continual improvements of new gadgets to make programming the best it possibly can be.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention the quick service and help. They DO NOT leave you hanging they really respond to whatever questions you have. And we have one of the most cooperative and friendliest groups on yahoo groups.
